DELIVERY
PROCESS
We have been working with our delivery partners for 26 years. We facilitate deliveries all
over Ireland and internationally. A delivery charge of €8.50 per package (€6.91 + VAT)
applies to all gift and wine deliveries on the island of Ireland. We have partnered with
UPS for International deliveries to selected countries (mainly within the EU) and ask that
you request a price from us for delivery to a specific international location.
You can request a specific dispatch date for orders using the order notes section at
WineOnline.ie. If you wish to discuss your gifts being delivered on a specific date, please
speak with our team to discuss how volumes are currently looking, and when the best
dispatch date will be in order to try to have gifts arrive at the requested time.
When you place a single order or a multiple order at WineOnline.ie, you will receive
shipment tracking numbers via automated email once your order has shipped. When
you submit a template for us to process a large order, you will receive a delivery report 3
– 5 days after your items have been shipped, in order to allow enough time for all parcels
to arrive and be signed for. Our team are busily in the background processing your
templates and working with our delivery partners to ensure that each and every parcel
gets delivered.
Please place your order before Monday 15th December for guaranteed delivery
before Christmas. We will continue to process orders after this date but cannot
promise they will be received before Christmas.
HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
Ordering a Christmas gift or multiple gifts with us is really easy. Our team is available on
the phone, via email at hello@wineonline.ie or online live chat.
1. Single orders: The easiest way to place an order for one single delivery to you or a gift
recipient, is online at wineonline.ie. You will receive automated tracking details when
your item ships. All major credit & debit cards are accepted.
2. 1 – 10 Orders: To place an order for 1 – 10 gifts, delivered to multiple locations use our
multi ship facility online. Simply add all items you wish to send to cart. Go to 8View Cart9
and select 8Ship to Multiple Addresses9. Here you can add the individual names, addresses
and contact details, as well as individual gift messages per order. One payment will be
taken at the end, and multiple orders created, generating automated tracking details for
each recipient. All major credit & debit cards are accepted.
3. Large Orders: Our team are on hand to process larger orders. You can request an
excel template by phone or email. When you send us the template filled in with recipient
details including, name, address and contact number, our team will process the order. A
processing and administration fee of 5% of the total will apply for template orders. Upon
completion, you will receive a delivery report for each individual shipment stating when it
was delivered. Proforma invoice or credit/ debit card payment available.
