DELIVERY
PROCESS
We deliver all over the island of Ireland with DPD, and internationally with UPS.
Delivery on the island of Ireland is €9.50 per package (€7.72 + VAT), and free when you
spend over €175 per delivery address. For Great Britain and international orders
(mainly within the EU), delivery is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 working days. If you’d like your gifts dispatched on a
particular date, add it in the order notes at WineOnline.ie. If you need them to arrive on
a specific day, talk to our team. We’ll let you know how volumes are looking and
suggest the best dispatch date to get them there in time.
Every order placed on WineOnline.ie comes with tracking details, emailed
automatically once your order ships. For large template orders, we’ll send you a full
delivery report 3 to 5 days after dispatch, giving every parcel time to arrive and be
signed for. In the meantime our team works behind the scenes to make sure each and
every gift gets where it’s going.
Please order before Monday 14th December for guaranteed delivery before
Christmas. We’ll keep processing orders after this date, but can’t promise they’ll
arrive before Christmas.
HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
Sending one gift or many is easy. Our team is on hand by phone, by email at
hello@wineonline.ie or through live chat on our website.
1. Single orders: The quickest way to send one gift, to yourself or someone else, is
online at wineonline.ie. You9ll receive tracking details automatically when it ships. All
major credit and debit cards are accepted.
2. 1 to 10 orders: To send up to 10 gifts to different addresses, add everything to your
cart, go to 8View Cart9 and select 8Ship to Multiple Addresses9. Add each recipient9s
name, address, contact number and gift message, then pay once at the end. A separate
order is created for each recipient, each with its own tracking. A delivery charge applies
to each address. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
3. Large orders: For bigger orders, request our Excel template by phone or email. Fill in
each recipient9s name, address and contact number, send it back, and our team will
take care of the rest. A processing and administration fee of 5% of the order total
applies to template orders. Once everything is delivered, you9ll receive a report
confirming when each parcel arrived. Payment is by pro forma invoice or credit/debit
card.
